Message so as the manifolds heats up and cool down they will be doing so at different rates. this could cause premature cracking. Especially if he used the wrong kind of filler rod (I am curious of that too).


given that the Runners are stainless that means that there will be carbon precipitation on the back of the welds if he did not purge the back of the welds with argon.

Try to get a mirror down in there and see if you can get a pic of the backside of one of the runner welds.
If there is black carbon buildup then he prolly didnt backgas.(or did a poor job of back gassing)

If the buildup is signifigant on the inside of the welds then I would not run them as It is possible that small chunks of it could break off over a period of time and enter the turbo (not fun for the turbo)
